Terry Eugene Bollea, better known as Hulk Hogan, was born in August of 1953. As a youth, he played fretless bass guitar in several bands but was recruited young to wrestling by the Brisco Brothers in Florida. Hogan joined the WWF (now WWE) in 1983 and became famous with his all-American persona, outstanding showmanship, and incredible wrestling skills. Hogan has done several movies and television shows and has wrestled for several other companies.

Now retired, Hogan continues to inspire youth who hope to wrestle someday.
