80 Winnie the Pooh Quotes to Inspire Your Day

Winnie The Pooh is the main character in the A.A. Milne 1924 children’s book Winnie-the-Pooh and its sequels, including The House at Pooh Corner published in 1928. He is a little bear who is best friends with a pig named Piglet, a turtle named Eeyore, and a donkey named Christopher Robin.

Winnie appears as a stuffed teddy bear who often wears nothing but a red shirt decorated with six yellow buttons –  on the back of which he has an embroidered label that reads “Please Look After This Bear.”

In the books and movies, Christopher Robin has different adventures with his friends in the Hundred Acre Wood. They are usually silly and involve getting into trouble somehow before they are saved by their friend Pooh Bear who always comes to their rescue via some kind of plan or another. They often celebrate at the end of each day by having an “important lesson” which Christopher Robin will recite to them before they go to sleep in their little house called Home.
